Help Patients Turn Wellness Goals Into Lasting Change!

The Garden of Eden Health Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and innovative Nutrition &  Lifestyle Wellness Coach to help patients achieve sustainable health improvements through personalized coaching, group wellness programs, and collaboration with our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual coaching sessions and progress follow-ups.
• Support patients with nutrition, weight management, movement, and healthy lifestyle goals.
• Develop and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual group wellness programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and wellness professionals to monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and provide ongoing encouragement
  and accountability.

Ideal Qualifications

• Background in nutrition, health coaching, lifestyle medicine, or wellness.
• Health coaching certification or nutrition-related credentials preferred.
• Strong communication, motivational, and organizational skills.
• Experience with individual coaching, group facilitation, and virtual services
• Passion for patient-centered, evidence-informed lifestyle change.

Contractor Opportunity

• Independent Contractor (1099) position.
• Flexible in-office and virtual services.
• Proposed availability submitted 90 days in advance for rolling 90-day scheduling periods.
• Compensation determined by mutual agreement. Based upon a 32-hour
  workweek, approximately $33,000 to $35,000 per year, with productivity bonuses.
