Applied Fitness Solutions (AFS) was built on a simple but radical belief: every human being has the right to ownership and agency over their health.
We practice lifestyle medicine. Exercise, nutrition, and behavior change are delivered as clinical care. Our Exercise Physiologists, Registered Dietitians, and Health Coaches work as one care team to drive member outcomes.
Our core values:
Impact: You want your work to change lives.
Humanity: You lead with compassion, humility, and curiosity.
Growth: You are open to intense personal and professional development.
Wholeheartedness: You bring your full, authentic self to the work.
Our foundational principle: Our Members' Health is Our Highest Obligation. Always act accordingly.
