Caregiver – PM & Night Shifts
Are you dependable, caring, and looking for a job where you can make a genuine difference? River Road Estates is looking for caregivers to join our team and help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for our residents.
We are currently hiring for:
-
PM shift — approximately full-time hours
-
Night shift — full-time and part-time hours
-
Every other weekend is required
As a caregiver at River Road Estates, you will be a universal worker and play an important role in the day-to-day lives of our residents. Duties include assisting with personal care, passing medications, serving meals, completing laundry and housekeeping tasks, helping with activities, and providing companionship and support.
What we’re looking for:

Someone caring, patient, and dependable

A team player who communicates well

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Willingness to assist wherever needed

CBRF certifications are preferred but not required

Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
We pay the upfront cost of required CBRF classes. A prorated training reimbursement agreement applies if employment ends within the designated timeframe.

About River Road Estates, LLC
River Road Estates is a 22-bed assisted living community (CBRF) in Sparta, Wisconsin. We provide personalized care in a welcoming, homelike setting, supporting residents’ dignity, independence, and choices.
We have two awake staff members on each shift. Our caregivers work as universal workers, assisting with daily care, medication administration, meals, housekeeping, and activities. We do not use mechanical lifts. We value teamwork, respectful communication, and compassionate care that helps residents feel at home.
