Pine Brook Pointe in Burlington, WI is looking for Competent and Compassionate Caregivers / CNAs to care for our residents. We are seeking a candidate who wants to feel the kindness and appreciation from our amazing group of seniors daily. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, patient, friendly self starter with excellent communication skills.

1st shift hours 6:30am - 3pm

2nd shift hours 2:30pm - 11pm

3rd shift hours 10:30pm - 7am

Bonuses given for picking up non scheduled shifts to help when needed.

Pine Brook Pointe is an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility, mainly serving the senior population . The level of care provided for our residents varies. We have some residents that are completely independent and others that need full assistance.

We do provide training and support. After training, the other aides are great resources for help and management is always on call to assist you.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living
• Providing personal cares such as assisting to the restroom, perineal care, catheter care and showering assistance
• Serving food during meals
• Passing medications (once trained)
• Assisting residents with transfers
• Communicating with management about new changes of condition
• Caring for people with a variety of illnesses, including: Parkinson's, Dementia, COPD, etc.
• Laundry services, garbage removal, and keeping rooms looking good between housekeeping services

We Provide:

• Education: We will send you to get your CBRF certifications (paid for by Pine Brook Pointe with a one year employment commitment), we provide monthly in-services to help further education in this field. In services may include: dementia care, resident rights, etc.
• Training: We provide on the job training, and ensure you have all the knowledge and resources before having you work on your own. Once you are working "on your own" you won't ever actually be alone. There are always other caregivers in the building, and we all work as a team to make sure our residents are getting the best care possible.
