Lufkin is located about 100 miles north of Houston and is a mid-sized retirement community for the outdoors minded.  The Institute of Lifestyle, Preventive and Family Medicine has been building its patient base since 2014, and we offer both coaches and nutritionists who are oriented towards plant-based eating.  We are a busy Lifestyle Medicine clinic looking for a physician to assist with referrals and perform lab reviews and action plans.  Salary or partnership are both possible.

We prefer a Diplomat of ACLM who has passed the board exams.  We also would like to see a board certified or eligible Family Physician or Internist.
