- Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a valid state license. with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Training in Health and Wellness Coaching preferred
- Ability to help handle office operations, including phone triage and clinical care management
- EMR proficiency, preferable with Athena
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and preventive health.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
