We are seeking a dedicated Physician with Family Medicine, Integrative, Functional, or Longevity medicine background to join our Direct Primary Care practice. The ideal candidate will provide integrated care around Lifestyle Medicine to deliver exceptional patient experiences. This position offers a Physician to work in a niche medical practice outside of the traditional insurance model, allowing for true patient focused care. This position is available on a full time or part time, in person or virtual basis.

Responsibilities

· Conduct thorough examinations of patients and establish diagnoses

· Develop and implement treatment plans for various medical conditions

· Perform minor office procedures and provide acute care when needed

· Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and overall wellness

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health records (EHR)

Requirements

· Medical degree from an accredited institution and board certification or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or similar specialty

· Three years of post-residency or fellowship experience in patient care within traditional primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred, but not required

· Experience in Concierge/Direct Medicine preferred, but not required

· Interest in high quality primary care, future of medicine, preventative care and lifestyle medicine

· Valid Texas state medical license and DEA registration

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

· Familiarity with maintaining a high-quality customer experience

· Ability to communicate complex medical concepts in a clear format for a non-scientific audience

· Proficiency with clinical and physiological data, evidence-based medicine in traditional, functional and/or integrative medicine and presenting complex information to detail-oriented audiences

· Detail oriented, organized, proactive, able to prioritize time-sensitive tasks

· Strong proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and enthusiasm for learning and implementing new software solutions as needed

· Spanish language is preferred but not required
