Employer Based Opportunity North of Indianapolis
To greater meet the needs of our individual and corporate clients, Ascension St. Vincent is seeking a full-time family or internal medicine physician at our Employer Based Health & Wellness Center in Kokomo, IN. This position would focus on optimizing patients’ overall health by assessing their current health risks and providing disease prevention, education and detection. The duties will also include medical care with disease management, working with a team of providers to deliver high quality comprehensive care to patients with a focus on relationship building as well as also offering same day appointments for acute illness.
