Lifestyle Medical was founded by Dr Wayne Dysinger, Chair of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine and former President of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. We are a primary care practice with a mission to ignite hope for a healthy, flourishing life. We empower patients to address the root causes of their conditions through healthy lifestyle change. 

Beyond traditional medical treatments such as drugs and surgery, our providers take on the role of coaching, inspiring and motivating patients to build healthier habits.

Majority of our patients have chronic conditions and are typically older adults (about two-thirds of our patients are 65+ years old).

We are a tight knit team and treat each other like family. We prioritize recruiting new team members who are looking for a long-term fit and a home in which to build their practice for many years to come.
